Personal data notice (KVKK) · Draft
Preparation draft for the contact form. The registered company name, data inventory, providers, transfers and request channels must be confirmed before this is used as a final notice. Form submission is disabled in the preview.
Data controller
The full registered name and official request address of the company operating under the ER-TE Yazılım brand must be verified before launch. Contact: info@erteyazilim.com.tr. The brand name alone should not replace the final identification of the controller.
Data, collection and purpose
The form is intended to collect name, company, email, optional phone number, selected topic and message, provided electronically by the visitor. The purpose is to review and respond to the enquiry and conduct the requested quotation or service discussion. Do not send passwords, licence keys or special-category personal data.
Legal grounds
Depending on the processing, KVKK Article 5(2)(c) may apply to necessary contract-related information, 5(2)(e) to establishing, exercising or protecting rights, and 5(2)(f) to appropriate correspondence management after a necessity and balancing assessment. The actual ground for each purpose must be finalised in the data inventory. This notice is not consent or marketing permission.
Recipients and international transfers
Email, hosting, security and communication providers, their roles and processing locations must be identified before launch. Any international transfer requires an appropriate mechanism under KVKK Article 9. WhatsApp links lead to a third-party service governed by its own terms. This draft does not confirm the lawfulness of any transfer in advance.
Retention and security
Retention periods must reflect enquiry type, contractual relationships, relevant legal periods and the company’s retention/deletion policy. Permissions, logs, email security and deletion procedures must match actual practice. Data collection and access should be limited to what is needed.
Rights and requests
KVKK Article 11 provides rights to learn whether data is processed, request information, understand purposes and use, identify recipients, request correction or deletion/destruction where conditions are met, request notification to recipients, object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Request methods, identity checks and the official address must be finalised in line with the applicable Turkish regulation.
Cookies and measurement
No advertising or analytics cookies have been added to this preview’s application code. Technical tools used by hosting and authentication infrastructure need separate review. A cookie inventory and, where necessary, a choice/consent mechanism for non-essential tools must be prepared before launch.
