1. Informational purpose
Product descriptions, images, comparisons and articles on this website are provided for general information. On their own, they do not constitute a binding offer, contract, fitness-for-purpose warranty or project commitment.
2. Turkish text prevails
English and Russian content is provided to improve access to information. In the event of a discrepancy, translation error, omission or difference in interpretation between language versions, the Turkish text prevails, subject to mandatory law and the parties’ valid written agreement. Obtain written confirmation from ER-TE Yazılım before making a decision on the relevant matter.
3. Written confirmation and binding scope
Binding product, price, licence, module, user, integration, delivery and service terms are those stated in a quotation confirmed in writing by an authorised ER-TE Yazılım representative or in the parties’ valid agreement. Website content, general marketing information and preliminary discussions do not, on their own, replace those terms. Quotation validity periods and acceptance conditions remain applicable.
4. Current information and product terms
The manufacturer may change product names, features, licensing, prices and campaign terms. Website content may not reflect every change immediately. Availability of a feature may depend on a package, version, additional module, infrastructure or third-party service. Confirm current terms before purchase or implementation.
5. Applying technical content
Articles and technical examples are general guidance, not ready-to-apply instructions for every system. Appropriate backups, a test environment, permissions and specialist assessment should be in place before changes are made to data or systems. Website content is not a substitute for legal, financial or tax advice.
6. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for decisions made solely on general website content or its translation without written confirmation for the specific requirement. This does not exclude intent, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be limited, nor does it override mandatory consumer rights or obligations under a valid contract.
