Define collection rules first
Who requests payment, sets the amount and selects the customer account? Define these rules for payment links and dealer use. Include cancellations, refunds and failed payments in the design.
Separate payment-provider and ERP tasks
Logo states that eLogo teams configure the virtual POS integration. ER-TE coordinates requirements and rollout, defines ERP scope and supports user checks. Provider approval and fees are confirmed separately.
Check the payment and its ERP record
A successful payment notification and a correctly assigned customer-account entry are separate acceptance checks. Test payments, refunds and cancellations against your product, version and integration scope.

Common questions
Will this work with my current Logo product?
Scope is confirmed after reviewing your product, version, licence and provider requirements. Sharing a product family does not make every integration ready to use.
How are implementation and support organised?
We begin with requirements, then define responsibilities, sample transaction checks and training. On-site and remote service scope is agreed in writing.
